Everywhere I go, I seem to be hearing Christmas caroles. I even went in a pub yesterday that had its christmas tree up. So yes it is now the official run up to christmas and we only have 41 shopping days left to christmas - let the frenzy begin. Excellent, I love christmas, the best opportunity to get dressed up and do lots of shopping. I like to be well prepared so have started to put together a list of what I will be wearing over the christmas season and here it is:
Work Christmas Party - glittery lovely party dress perhaps a prom dress or something vaguely reminiscent of Dior New Look
Work Christmas lunch - fairly business like dress perhaps with some embellishment or lovely accessories
Girly Christmas Lunch - sweater dress (pink if possible)
Pre christmas Family lunch, for those I will not see over christmas - ladylike pencil skirt and top
Christmas eve night out at pub (hopefully)- jeans and dressy top with high heels
Christmas day - family over for lunch, charades etc- maxi dress and mini cardi -a perfect outfit for a domestic goddess, stylish but cool for cooking the lunch and comfy
Boxing Day - Long refreshing walk followed by buffet - lovely warm jumper with jeans and flat boots
New Years Eve - Party - glittery lovely party dress worn for work christmas party (how very frugal of me)
Tommorrow I will start my shopping, I can't wait.
