Top 5 for Spring/ Summer 2008

I have chosen my top 5 favourite looks from the spring/ summer 08 collections. These are the ones I really love and will probably influence what I buy most for the summer(although I am sure there will be many other influences too as there are so many gorgeous colourful clothes this season).

Matthew Williamson - I love this elegant but laid back and relaxed look. When looking through the magazines my eyes are always drawn to this outfit. Really easy to wear for the summer so will be looking for a high street version of this scarf and a maxi dress.

Balenciaga - I love the shape and floral patterns of this seasons Balenciaga dresses. I am sure there will be lots of similar looks on the high street.

Prada - I love the beautiful colours and prints of this dress

Chanel - Again sheer floaty fabrics but this one with a really sophisticated feel.

Jens Laugesen - A really elegant combination of floaty, sheer skirt and tailored jacket.
So for this summer, I will be looking for lots of sheer, floaty dresses, beautiful colurful and flowery prints and black and white with perhaps a bit of tailoring aswell.

Hi. I love Chanel, too. The sheer floaty fabric of the Chanel dress does have asophisticated feel but, to me, also very feminine. Love it!
I enjoy your blog, too -- even though it is "style through your eye," you have good taste.

Thanks for your comment, I added you to the fashion section.

I like the photos above, especially the brown one at the top.
