Ever since I discovered Wholly Cow and got myself a lovely tweed dress from the last collection, I have been waiting to see what their next collection would bring. I am very glad to say it has arrived. Another collection that is very different but shares the same qualities of very wearable but fresh, quirky and different styles. Details like reversed and frayed side seams on a dress or dip dyed silk ties on the arms of an organic cotton T shirt are what I love about this label. My personal favourites of this collection are the bleached and distressed denim and the a line skirts with a pleated back. I am also loving the incorporation of the recycled fabrics into these designs for the green label, giving a unique feel to each piece. Lisa Germaney designs the clothes which are all hand made in the North of England and judging by my last purchase from Wholly Cow, the quality and workmanship is excellent.
